Job Description:

We specialize in custom designed windows, premium Entry Door systems, and maintanance free gutter protection systems. We have a strong commitment to do the project from start to finish. As a Finance Manager, you will be a member of the finance division. This position is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Finance Department.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Determine the customer’s need for finance and payment options.
• Review customer credit applications.
• Send Credit applications to multiple lenders to ensure our customers get the lowest interest rate and company gets full approvals
• Acts as liaison between the customer and the lending institution.
• Look for additional lenders that offer better rates to stay competitive in the market
• Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship.
• Scan and upload files/documents into our CRM for better customer satisfaction/record keeping
• Be able to DocuSign with customers
• Attend weekly sales meeting giving reports on financing and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly expectations for approvals of 85%
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Answer the company phone
• Maintaining good working relationships with all financial lenders
• Follow all company procedures, add additional procedures to training booklet
• Work closely with the Sales Team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff members
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with deadlines
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• 3 Years finance experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel Software
• High School Diploma or at least 1 year college experience
• Must be able to work 5 days a week, Monday thru Friday from 8:30 AM -5:00 PM
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
